Your wedding day is now in sight. Spectacular ideas flutter inside of you. Is it unrealistic to say that you can have your amazing day without braking the bank? The thought of a budget isn't what most brides dream of. However, you can save money and still have a memorable wedding to smile about. This isn't cutting back or losing out on any of your original ideas. In fact it may produce more originality. Some will consider the wedding day almost as a congratulations that you've beaten the dating game. You've found that special person that you're going to spend the rest of your life with. It's important to think of your wedding day as just what it is; the start of your new life. Would you want to start your new life with debt to worry over? A wedding is best perceived as a start rather than an end. It sounds completely logical having it put into words. Some still have a hard time with it. Buying flowers that are in season is a great way to save money. If you rethink your flowers and purchase those in season, you might save a lot of money and have more money in your budget for other things. It also might allow for more flowers. Consider the large arrangements on altars. They will only be seen from far away. To use inexpensive flowers will put you at a great advantage. Carnations and large filling flowers such as snowball mums are a great means to staying within budget. A demonstration performance is not unwarranted and is surely necessary as their may not be many referrals to be had. If there are trade shows near by, the exhibitors will have discounted prices for attendees as a way to bring business. If you attend as many shows as possible, it will give you a fairly solid chance of securing a bargain priced photographer. As always, ask for past work demos. A very good and controversial question is, "Is it alright to have a cash car at the reception?" The answer is that it's completely up to you. Some believe that if guests want to drink, let them pay for it. Whilst others will rather pay for it themselves instead of giving guests the feeling that they are paying for part of the wedding. Taking a little bit of the 'Celebration' out of your day. A cash bar could be an excellent way to down the cost of your wedding. But, if you decide against it, limit the alcohol to toasts and speeches. A non-alcoholic equivalent is expected at every wedding and can be served throughout the reception. Try to account for everything you are going to need down to the cost of napkins and rose-petals. Those small things may seem trivial, but they often add up to a significant amount of money.
